Accountability - Gifted Republic is responsible for maintaining and protecting client information under its control. Cristina DeCaprio - Director, Gifted Republic is responsible for compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Identifying Purposes - At the time client information is collected, the purposes for which it is collected must be identified.

Consent - The knowledge and consent of the client is required for the collection, use and disclosure of client information, except where required or permitted by law.

Limiting Collection - Client information collected is limited to details required for the purposes identified by Gifted Republic. Information is to be collected by fair and lawful means.

Limited Use, Disclosure and Retention - Client information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it is collected unless the client has otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Client information may only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected.

Accuracy - Client information is maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

Safeguards - Client information must be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Openness - Gifted Republic is required to make specific personal information available to clients concerning the policies and practices that relate to the management of their information. 

Access - Clients shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their information, and be given access to it on written request. Clients may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and have it amended, if appropriate.
