They are washable, and are painted on excellent quality silk of tight weave and lasting durability.
Edges of the scarves are hand-rolled hems, not serge stitched like some scarves.
They are often used as scarves, banners, wallhangings, and table runners under glass.
Note all silks are individually painted therefore shipment is normally a week from time of ordering.
